Ingredients
- Oil
- 2250 gr spinach
- 45 garlic cloves
- 2 ¼ teaspoons of cumin powder
- 3 ¾ teaspoons of turmeric
- 7 ½ teaspoons of curry powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Recipe

Finely chop the garlic and cut the spinach in rough pieces

Heat the oil in a big pan and add cumin powder

As soon as the cumin powder starts sputtering, add the garlic and bake until golden

Add the spinach, turmeric, curry powder, salt and pepper

Mix well and bake (without lid) until the spinach is soft
