Chicken momos

Ingredients 

  • 75 g chopped onion 

  • 2 sticks of celery chopped in small pieces 

  • 1 bundle of spring onion

  • 3 cm of chopped ginger

  • 5 chopped garlic cloves 

  • 3 teaspoons of maizena

  • 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce 

  • 1,5 teaspoons of salt 

  • ¾ teaspoon of pepper

  • multiple packages of the dumpling wrappings

 

Recipe

  • Put all the ingredients for the stuffing in a big bowl. If the mixture doesn’t stick together, you can add extra maizena. Store the stuffing in the fridge until you’re gonna fold the dumplings. 

  • Fold the dumplings. Remember to not put the dumplings on top of each other after folding them, because they might stick together. 

  • Steam the dumplings for 6 minutes, and serve with the sauce.
