Ingredients 

- 15 tomatoes 

  • 20 dried chili peppers 

  • 25 garlic cloves cut in small pieces 

  • 25 grains of black pepper crushed 

  • 12 cm ginger

  • 5 teaspoons soy sauce 

  • 5 teaspoons sugar 

  • 1 ¼ teaspoons salt 

 

Recipe 

  • Boil water, when it’s boiling, add the tomatoes and the dried chili pepper 

  • boil until the tomatoes are done 

  • Throw away the water and let the tomatoes and the chili peppers cool down. 

  • Remove the crown of the tomato and peel them

  • Put the tomatoes, chili peppers, garlic, pepper, ginger and sugar in a blender and blend them

  • Add the soy sauce and salt
