Ingredients

18 chopped garlic cloves

16 cm piece of ginger chopped in small pieces

12 chili peppers chopped in small pieces

3 bundles of spring onion in small rings

900 gr rasped carrot
-
1050 gr Chinese cabbage cut in small pieces

3 teaspoons black pepper
-
3 teaspoons salt
-
6 tablespoon soy sauce (can add more if you like)

90 ml oil
-
multiple packages of the dumpling wrappings
Recipe

Heat the oil and fry the garlic, ginger and chili peppers in the pan

Add half of the spring onion and fry this mixture for 1 minute

Turn up the heat and add the carrot and the cabbage, stir-fry this until it looks good

Add the rest of the spring onion, the salt, pepper and the soy sauce
-
The stuffing is ready now

Fold the dumplings, don’t put them on top of each other because they might stick together.

Steam the dumplings for 6 minutes

Serve with the sauce
