Your job
Do you have a background in healthcare-related/medical/language sciences/communication studies, or do you have an immense passion for healthcare and ICT? Then you might be the positive and eager-to-learn working student we are seeking. Within the Implementation & Support discipline, we develop software for healthcare institutions. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our customers can work as effectively as possible with our software. To do this, you support the team with various tasks within one or more focus areas. For instance, you contribute ideas for new software, answer customer queries, write manuals, prepare presentations, configure software, and test it. Therefore, it's crucial that you enjoy stepping into the shoes of a Software Consultant!

Your team
You'll work in a small team with young, driven, and enthusiastic consultants. Based on your personal ambitions and skills, we'll determine the focus area and team that suits you best. This could involve Pharmacy/Medication, Authorization, EPD (Electronic Patient Dossier), Clinic, Outpatient Clinic, Quality, Healthcare Portal, Financial, Data Warehouse, PDMS (Patient Data Management System), Links, or Documentalists. Your colleagues will support you in your tasks, act as your sparring partners, and are open to new and fresh ideas. Colleagues not only collaborate during working hours but also regularly engage with each other afterward.

Your workday
Your work mainly involves supporting our customers, the healthcare professionals. You'll work partly independently and partly in a supporting role. As a working student, your tasks may include:

  • Responding to customer queries
  • Supporting in product development
  • Creating support materials like manuals and instructional videos
  • Configuring and testing the software
  • Conducting research on adjustments in financial regulations in healthcare

Werkstudent Zorg-ICT Consultant

​Jouw baan

Heb jij een gezondheidszorggerelateerde/medische/taalwetenschappen/communicatie studieachtergrond of heb jij een enorme passie voor zorg en ICT? Dan ben jij wellicht de positieve en leergierige werkstudent die wij zoeken. Binnen de discipline Implementatie & Support werken we aan software voor zorginstellingen. Samen met je collega's zorg jij dat onze klanten zo goed mogelijk met onze software kunnen werken. Hiervoor ondersteun je het team bij diverse werkzaamheden. Dit doe je voor een of meer aandachtsgebieden. Je denkt bijvoorbeeld mee over nieuwe software, beantwoordt klantvragen, schrijft handleidingen, bereidt presentaties voor, richt software in en test deze.. Het is dus belangrijk dat je het leuk vindt om je in de schoenen van een Software Consultant te verplaatsen!

Jouw team

Je werkt in een klein team met jonge, gedreven en enthousiaste consultants. Op basis van jouw persoonlijke ambities en vaardigheden bekijken we welk aandachtsgebied en team het beste bij jou past. Denk daarbij aan Apotheek/Medicatie, Autorisatie, EPD, Kliniek, Polikliniek, Kwaliteit, Zorgportaal, Financieel, Datawarehouse, PDMS, Koppelingen of Documentalisten. Jouw collega's ondersteunen je bij de werkzaamheden, zijn jouw sparringpartners en staan open voor nieuwe en frisse ideeën. Niet alleen tijdens werktijd, maar ook daarna zoeken collega's elkaar regelmatig op.

Jouw werkdag

Jouw werk bestaat voornamelijk uit het ondersteunen van onze klanten, de zorgmedewerkers. Hierbij werk je deels zelfstandig en deels ondersteunend. Als werkstudent kun je denken aan werkzaamheden zoals:

  • Beantwoorden van klantvragen
  • Ondersteunen bij productontwikkeling
  • Het maken van hulpmateriaal, zoals handleidingen en instructievideo's
  • Inrichten en testen van de software
  • Onderzoek doen naar aanpassingen in de financiële regelgeving in de zorg

Wat bied jij?

  • Je bent de Nederlandse taal machtig / Mastery of the Dutch language
  • Je volgt momenteel een HBO- of WO-opleiding
  • Je hebt goed ontwikkelde communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent zelfstandig en proactief, maar kunt ook goed samenwerken.
  • Je hebt een leergierige houding.
  • Je bent minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, analytisch en creatief in je oplossingen
  • Je beschikt over een goede dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je hebt affiniteit met IT/Software
  • Affiniteit met de gezondheidszorg is een pré
