Chatamari

Ingredients

  • 1.3 kg of rice flour
  • 3.6 l water ()
  • 32 eggs
  • 0.5 kg vegetarian minced meat
  • 32 g coriander
  • 5 teaspoons coriander powder
  • Salty
  • 3 onions
  • 5 teaspoons of chili powder
  • 5 serrano chili peppers chopped
  • 5 tablespoons of garlic paste
  • 5 teaspoons of turmeric
  • 2 bags of grated cheese
  • 5 tomatoes

 

Recipe

  • chop the onion and cut the tomato into cubes

  • mix the rice flour with the water until you get a thin batter but not too watery (so don't add all the water at once but do it little by little)

  • in another bowl mix the ground beef, 10 eggs, onion, coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper, salt, garlic paste, and serrano pepper.

  • heat oil in a pan (non-stick!)

  • put a little batter in the pan

  • put a little of the minced meat mixture on the pancake

  • break an egg on top of the pancake

  • add a tablespoon of cheese

  • fry until the pancake is cooked
