Ingredients

75 g chopped onion

2 sticks of celery chopped in small pieces

1 bundle of spring onion

3 cm of chopped ginger

5 chopped garlic cloves

3 teaspoons of maizena

3 tablespoons of oyster sauce

1,5 teaspoons of salt

¾ teaspoon of pepper

multiple packages of the dumpling wrappings

Put all the ingredients for the stuffing in a big bowl. If the mixture doesn’t stick together, you can add extra maizena. Store the stuffing in the fridge until you’re gonna fold the dumplings.

Fold the dumplings. Remember to not put the dumplings on top of each other after folding them, because they might stick together.

Steam the dumplings for 6 minutes, and serve with the sauce.
