Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons of oil
- 8 onions chopped
- 10 cm ginger grated
- 16 cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 2400 gr green beans
- 16 carrots (peeled and cut into small pieces)
- 16 tomatoes (diced)
- 8 red peppers
- 4 teaspoons of cumin powder
- 4 teaspoons of chili powder
- 4 teaspoons of turmeric
- 4 teaspoons garam masala
- Salt to taste

heat oil in pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, red pepper. fry until the onion is light brown

Boil the carrot and green beans and then add. Heat with a lid on the pan until the vegetables are cooked
