Avebe company visit

Dear Member,

The first company visit of this year has officially been planned: We will visit the Royal Avebe Innovation centre on the 8th of January! By joining this company visit, you will get acquainted with the almost endless utilities a potato has to offer. 

The innovation centre of Avebe is, as its name reveals, all about innovations using the starch potato as its base. It is located on Zernike Campus, surrounding itself by teams of knowledge. The Innovation centre contains various laboratories, test facilities and a customer experience centre, but also offers space for start-ups in the field of agrifoods.

The company visit is completely free and can be joined by anyone. It is especially a good match for students interested in the field of Biochemistry. You can choose to either attend the visit from 13:00 to 15:00 or the one from 14:00 to 16:00. Make sure to sign-up though, as there is a max of participants for both time slots. Sign-ups open 11 December at 19:00. If you can not make it anymore make sure to sign-out before 7th of January at 13:00.
